1. Products

We sell packaged, hand-roasted crispy paper dosa rolls and related snack products. Product images are for representation — actual packaging, shade, or shape may vary slightly. All flavours are 100% vegetarian.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm the order once payment is verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount already paid in that case.
• You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

These are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Because our products are perishable food items, returns are limited to cases of damage, wrong item, or quality issues.

6. Ordering on WhatsApp

Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to the same pricing, payment, delivery, and return terms as orders placed on the website, and are confirmed once our team acknowledges the order and payment.

7. Intended Use

Our products are intended for personal and household consumption. Please check the ingredients list and allergen information on the pack if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions before consuming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Chatkaaro name, logo, product photography, and written content — belongs to Chatkaaro and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chatkaaro's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
